This place is amazing. It really shows how much jetblue cares and invests in their employees. It was top notch customer service from the custodians to the high ranking trainers. The place was clean to the highest standards. They have start of the art facilities, that rival any 5 star hotel. The dining services are great!!!! All of the trainers are engaging and professional. My trainer Jean Nicolas was efficient and effective in training. Very personable, but down to business when it came to jetblues investing in us as employees.

AMAZING place, literally we could say that lots of people’s dream start right here at the JetBlue University center, this is the beginning of many professional careers and the ambience, staff and everyone around will make you feel welcome and comfortable. The “Wall” will make you feel very empowered and encourage you to achieve your goals. The training center is equipped with everything you need to obtain the skills needed to perform whatever your duties are depending on what department you will be working for. The food.... is great from personal pizza, sandwiches and a daily menu for lunch and dinner. Lots of parking and a shuttle service back and forth between the Orlando International Airport will make it very easy to mover around. Not even mentioning “The Lodge” this is truly a GREAT PLACE! @Isaacpaiz

Was definitely an interesting experience. Food was good, had a new special and soup everyday. Only reason I rated it four stars was because there is absolutely no WiFi connection inside the buildings. Inside the university building 0 WiFi connection, using their wifi everybody had no connection. Inside the lodge, there was no WiFi connection, and using their wifi you were unable to connect to it.

Great education, amenities, and service!

JetBlue University is a state of the art training facility, with clean, wide open spaces to teach crew in the best practices of the airline. The Lodge attached has pretty great food, a great lobby / cafeteria with ample outlets and solid wifi. This is a really great facility that JB has built. Other airlines should take note!
