Doesn’t even deserve a star bc JetBlue cancelled my flight and they don’t fully refund you for the inconvenience. How is it the passengers fault that JetBlue was having trouble with the plane? Instead of being helpful and supportive through the cancellation they told me I wasn’t going to get refunded and there was no other flights I could take to get to my destination!!! Horrible experience! Would never fly with them again and most importantly I would not recommend this airline!!!!

Staff are willing to help customers navigate the self serve kiosks. JetBlue does offer first class like business-class accommodations for a limited number of destinations, look for "Mint" seats when you book your ticket.

Service is first rate.Dont expect 1st class accommodations.However,costs are reasonable. Professionalism and Safety are on a par with any major Airlines. Located in Terminal E - Philadelphia International Airport .

Wow I met the nicest people at the gate of Jet Blu today! Lilly hooked me up! She was so sweet and was the nicest person I’ve ever encountered at the Philadelphia airport. I didn’t get his name but the gentleman with her who was a veteran was also the nicest person ever. The two of them made such a huge impact I’d book JetBlue strictly because of them again.
