I will never rent from this Co. again. I rented a Transit van, the first issue was that the co is closed on Sunday, but they still charge for the day THEY are closed. I decided to still rent because we were desperate, we needed the Van to travel out of the state for a funeral. Then I returned the vehicle, they charged a cleaning fee, which I have never heard of a rental co charging. Then.. they charged for going over mileage. Every co that I have rented from has unlimited mileage. This co will try everything they can to hold onto your deposit. Again, I will not use this co, no matter how desperate we may be.

Worse place to rent a vehicle. Highly recommend not to rent vehicle. Trouble maker. I had insurance but he didn’t accept because of not full coverage and you cancel my booking and charge $500. You cancel my booking end of time and telling me that’s not your fault. How can you telling me end of time and I made booking 1 week earlier
