    JetBlue - do not expect help, friendly staff, or polite TSA agents. It's like everyone hated their jobs. JetBlue staff have been miserable and not helpful at all. Luggage attendance especially after a flight got cancelled and they had our bags overnight. Everyone has different info and weren't sure if our bags would get checked in on the plane after the flight got rebooked.

    JetBlue Airways operates from Terminal 5 at JFK Airport. I often choose this airline due to its affordable airfare. The terminal is spacious and features various restaurants and shops, resembling a mini-mall. Currently, upgrades and expansion are underway. The TSA lines can vary depending on the time and day, so if you're planning to travel, I recommend not driving. Instead, consider taking the AirTrain or a taxi. There is limited parking available, and if you do choose to park, be prepared for the possibility of being towed or paying $90 per day for the lot.

    My flight departing was a great experience. The plane was clean, the extra room seats were totally worth it and they actually had healthy snacks. I just wish they would get their website sorted out.

    Do not fly JetBlue at any cost. I’d pay $200 more for any other flight. There is no airline more miserable than JetBlue. Their policy clearly states that bags can be checked anytime earlier than 40 minutes before departure. This is a lie. The staff refused to print my boarding pass at the 45 minute mark, even if I threw away TSA disapproved items and carried on my checked bag. The staff told me to wait in a random corner and never came back. I was cutting it close, but not allowing me to attempt boarding is against their written policy. Especially if I didn’t have a checked bag. Dumping me in a corner to be done with me is insane customer service. After I missed my first flight, someone “fell off the plane” while boarding the new flight and had to go to the hospital. Staff members that didn’t even see it happen ran around screaming and yelled panicked directions to stay in the boarding terminal. Then another screaming employee said to get out of the terminal instead. It’s unclear if JetBlue caused the accident, but they handled it poorly. These aren’t employees doing a tough job and making the best of it. It’s a weak and negligent company that allows its employees to take out their spite and paranoia on regular people. Air travel is hard, JetBlue makes it harder.

    Staff are really nice. Great airline if you have a family with children. Friendly staff, and the pilots always make up time if your delayed. Planes are clean! And lots of tropical destinations and cross Atlantic routes. Would definitely recomend.
