Worst experience ever with an Airline. They forced me to check my bag at the gate. There was enough overhead space available when I was in the plane. At my destination my luggage didn’t arrive. It turned out it didn’t get in the plane. They lost my bag from the gate to the plane. Everyone refuse to gate check your bag they will lose it.

Delayed flights. Cancelled flights. Propped up in a hotel until the next day. They make 9 billion in revenue, yet can’t manage to keep their planes in the air.

Mahogany from Tennessee was such an awesome customer service representative out of Vegas. Our flight was delayed & then ultimately canceled but Ms. Mahogany and Mr. Dustin provided awesome customer service. I'm a Disabled Veteran and out of all the representatives me and my other half spoke to during this trip these were the only two representatives from jetblue who was very helpful and professional. I would suggest that they be your trainers on new hires for customer service because they are exceptional at what they do.
