1/25/22—we flew from RI to Orlando . My husband who is disabled got us seats on the emergency seat row ,and he didn’t know . When we were about to board , one of the airline reps noticed it and we had to go to another rep who was searching in the system to assigned us new seats . At this point everyone was starting to board . Husband worried we would have to check our carry ons due to space being taken . The airline rep was having trouble with the system he told us to go ahead and he would come back later to give us our new tickets. We proceeded and sat down. He did come later to deliver the tickets . Even tho it was my husband mistake the airline didn’t not charge us for seats 1F and 1D which can be like 100$ each . I did have to place our carry ons four rows behind us . When we landed just like the Red Sea , I quickly walked the cabin and some people stayed seated for half second enough to give me time to reach the bags . Thank to Jesus we didn’t have to wait for everyone to deplane to get our suitcases . Thank you Jesus for the free seats and I was able to still get our carry ons with no delays . Superb - awesome airlines

I flew to Tampa. JetBlue’s prices are honestly a steal for the quality. The seats has a lot of leg room. They are very comfortable also, I had no trouble falling asleep. The blue lights that come on also give it a cozy feel to it. I got on very quick. The TV has many different tv shows and movies.

Worst customer service set up ever. Had a 3.5 hour hold up (for a 3 hour flight) @ FLL. Was told they were diverting us from PVD to BOS. Original arrival was 10:25pm in PVD. Instead, arrival was 2am in BOS. Had to rearrange ride multiple times because we got held back for so long. Then they arrange some transportation back to PVD. Who wants to sit on a bus for an hour, after being stuck on a plane for 6 hours. Trying to contact JetBlue is ridiculous. 2-3 hour waits on phone just to talk to someone. No Chat anywhere to help expedite issue. So, get stuck on plane for 3+ extra hours, fly to wrong City, in the middle of the night & no way to contact & resolve issues. Southwest is looking better & better. Best of luck to anyone that has to deal with this incompetence.

Damaged my bag flying from Orlando to Boston. They replaced my bag without issues. Great customer service. Would definitely fly with jet blue again.

Tagged bags can only be handed in 2 hours before the flight! We are here about 40 minutes ahead. At 2.5 before the line is now very long and people are very unhappy, especially those with kids. Luckily we were near the front so we didn't worry about getting through security and getting lunch etc. We will be looking at other airlines for future flights.
