    My New Orleans โ€“ New York โ€“ Paris flight on August 29 was cancelled by JetBlue after we had already waited over 2 hours at the airport. The consequences: > arrived in Paris 24 hours late, > one passenger rerouted to London and left to pay for his own way to Paris, > promised business class seats suddenly withdrawn in Boston (my boarding pass was literally torn up by a supervisor!), > no clear information about our rights, no compensation offered. Because of this, we missed a major event (a wedding). JetBlue has since refused any form of compensation. ๐Ÿ‘‰ A company that treats passengers this way cannot be trusted. Avoid JetBlue at all costs.

    I regret my decision to fly JETBLUE from Philadelphia to London. JetBlue delayed our departure due to a mechanical problem with the aircraft; they actually extended the delay three times. This caused us to arrive nearly three hours late to our destination. However, these things DO happen and that's completely understandable. What matters is how the airline responds to customers when these situations happen. Again, We were three hours late and missed something important as a result. We paid $1619.80 for these tickets from Philadelphia to London and I asked JetBlue to give us refund for a quarter of what we paid ($404.95). In response, JetBlue said they most they would do is apologize and issue us a $50 flight credit. I found this unacceptable as I have actually received cash refunds from other major airlines in the past when I've experienced non-weather related delays. Next, I filed a case with the Department of Transportation to appeal and JetBlue responded by standing firm on their decision to compensate us with a $50 voucher. I honestly would've been satisfied if JetBlue had responded with even a $200 refund (merely an 8th of the $1619.80 that we paid). Again, any other airline I've flown has made an effort to work me in similar situations. There are always other choices when flying and JetBlue will never get my money again. Update: It is worth noting that I had a similar experience with Delta this month and have a customer service issue that needs to be resolved with American airlines earlier this year. The way both the Delta and American airlines handled this situation was completely different then what I experienced with JetBlue. When dealing with Delta and American airlines, I felt valued as a customer. It's important to remember that these major corporations show you how much they actually value you as a customer by their actions and not by their slogans or would they show you in their commercial ads. there are too many other quality airlines where you can spend your money. Take my advice and spend your money with airlines other than JetBlue.

    The absolute worst airline I have ever dealt with. Numerous delays, cancelations and loopholes not to pay for delays. I had to stand for over an hour in the JetBlue with an injury and a new born. I was sweating because of all the pain, then they moved us inside the plane to continue waiting. I have had several horrible experiences with the airline because not many airlines fly to my home country , never ever ever again I rather swim home.

    Definitely jetblue has been laying to there costumer, they said you can get credited for delayed flight and in reality its not true. They forget we the people who travel are the ones who make you company grow and we can make it the worst to. I don't understand why they keep changing their policies when it comes about who can get credited back travel bank credit. This is unbelievable and very disappointed

    I recently booked a flight from Boston to Belgium with JetBlue. It wasnโ€™t until after I paid and checked in that I found that it was operated by air Lingus. Thatโ€™s fine, but I should still get my mile points and JetBlue will not allow it.

    It's becoming the worst Airline now. From Newark to LAX one bulb changed in maintenance its part# was written wrong. They stalled the Flight at Newark for 2 hours on June 15, 2025. Today my wife flight was scheduled departure 10pm from Newark delayed to 11:15pm then 12 Midnight then 1AM still no staff there. Heartless Staff !

    I just flew with JETBLUE and it was fantastic! I needed assistance on some forms and my reservation. Your Agent PAMALA HUSSELL from EWR was my angel, I mean agent. Pamala could tell I was distressed and needed additional service. She took care of all my paperwork after I showed her my documents and answered her questions. Just that additional assistance that Pamala Hussell gave me was so reassuring. It was so refreshing to have true customer service it changed everything for me. I was able to smile and enjoy my flight worry free, as well as the return flight. I will always use JetBlue whenever I can, rest assured. JETBLUE, you are doing a great job with your employees and it reflects in the service, the feel of your space and their fabulous smiles. Thank you, Pamala Hussell from EWR for making my travel so stress free and comfortable. Thank you, JetBlue, EWR, for a safe flight, wonderful Flight Attendants and Flight Crew. Your Employees know they need to work, but if they do, they want to work for you, JETBLUE!
