Brought a carry on suitcase and was told all E and F groups had to gate check their bags. When we boarded there was TONS of overhead space. I then had to wait at the MCO baggage claim only to find the handle on my suitcase had completely broken. I filed a complaint immediately using the QR code the MCO JetBlue baggage service directed me to use. After filing a complaint, I was told all they can offer me is a $100 JetBlue vouched that expires in six months.

Don’t ask them for help because they have some nasty people working there. No wonder why they have 2 stars. I was flying military and they wanted me to check my bags on my own when they know I can’t because we get free check bags. Then I asked them if they can get me the emergency exit if it was open they did no military don’t get upgrades ever. I been flying for 8 years and I never had to ask. JetBlue just became the last resort for me. I rather take Spirit or Frontier. -5 stars. So rude

I had two bags which were delayed because my flight was delayed. I understand that and thats not their fault. So i talk with them they find out where my bags are and tell me since i live more than 70 miles away they have to send the bags via fedex which was fine with me. They told me it would take 2 or 3 days to get my bags. So the next day i call talk to a lady and she says your bags arrived you will get them the day after tomorrow. So i wait and they dont cone so i call again speak to another guy who says that they are in transit you will get them today or tomorrow. By now I feel like ive been lied to but nothing i can do and i will get them soon so no point in being mad. Suprise they dont come. I called today spoke to a different lady and she said oh they were picked up yesterday by fedex so you will get them on monday since its the weekend. At this point im mad because i know i have been lied to several times. I ask for a tracking number for fedex and she said oh just check your email. I said I didnt get an email so she checks the system and none of my contact info was put in so now i cant even track my own damn bags. This is the first and last time i will fly jetblue I dont want to deal with staff that is apparently trained to lie and leave their customers in the dark. Dont fly jetblue especially to here so you wont have to deal with these people.

Nice and friendly staff. I’ve been flying in and out of this location for a couple of months. Not very crowded. Laid back atmosphere.
