The worst ever customer service I have ever faced in my life. We were already at the JetBlue counter when the flight got cancelled due to extreme weather and the woman (white blonde) at the counter said we needed to buy tickets again! She was extremely rude, kept saying that she can’t change the flight and told us to leave unless we buy a new ticket another day (we also had back to back flights and we’d have missed those too). Anyways, we had to wait till her shift ended around 10pm (we were there till 7pm and our flight was at 9pm) and a new person (she was nice) came to the counter who rebooked our flight as they should have already. I never had to face any such issue where the flight gets cancelled because of weather or the airline’s fault and they deny you rebook your flight.

Thanks for canceling our flight with less than 24 hour notice. Ruined our vacation and out money for the hotel. Fantastic job.

Someone in first class gave an economy passenger an eye mask, and the jet blue flight attendant mob, stole it for no reason.

Flights are sometimes a bit delayed but the service is awesome
