Absolutely awful experience every time I have to fly with jet blue. They have lost 3 of my bags on 3 different flights. While they "reimburse" you, it's always hundreds or even thousands of dollars less than the bag is worth. They constantly over book the plane and run out of room for carry on bags. (Literally has never not happened to me) Then expect people to check bags. Their wifi works 30% of the time. They have also shrunk the leg room more and more over the years. I'm a 6 ft 8in human, and it's beginning to feel like discrimination against larger humans. The planes are gross and dirty, and the seats feel like sitting on a metal bench. Every time I have to fly jet blue I'm shocked at how much they decline. They are also always late leaving the gate and taking off, usually claiming that there is a maintenance issue that needs fixing (maybe fix the plane before you load it with people). Also some "window seats" are actually wall seats with no window. But that was not made clear with purchasing the ticket. Overall definitely try to fly literally on any other airline (besides maybe spirit, but it's close)

I was traveling with my baby to New York on July 23rd around 11 pm from Denver airport. The gate agent told me I couldn't get on with so many bags, mind you I had a 3-month-old, I am on my own, she told me to decide or she will close the gate and I will lose mt flight. Simply unnecessarily rude, mean and dismissive. I shared with her, I can’t send my carryon and personal item under the plane because I have to make it to the UN (Such a big opportunity for me) at 8 am and I am landing at 5:40 in JFK, that's a 2 hours journey. She kept on saying I can't get on the plane with my carryon. I gave my carryon, giving up on losing my fist day at the UN. Got on the plane and the plane was empty, though I bought a 98 dollars seat so I can seat in front and be comfortable with my baby. When I landed in NY I made it on time to the UN at night went into my carryon and my laptop was gone. A 1200 dollars laptop, Samsung galaxy that I bought 3 years ago and now overnight gone. I was extremely busy with the UN and had yo borrow a friend laptop to get stuff done. When back to Denver I had to go through two agents and still they told me I am passed 4 days and I do not have the tag. What do you mean? Under my name you can see the carryon tag, it is not the stroller tag. There was no concern that they had people stealing stuff from people's bag. I am beyond annoyed and upset. I don't have a big following to get their attention and now with a newborn, I have to buy a new laptop. I am beyond disappointed. I have been a customer since 2014 and 11 years later, they dismissed me completely.

This is the worst airlines I've ever experienced. When I had an issued getting a seat I called and was basically told to pray they still had a seat available when I got to the airport. They had a seat but no one working the check in so we had to wait until an hour before our flight to check our bags and rush through security

I was excited to fly JetBlue this time around on a non stop flight to Denver from JFK. I ended up very upset, though. Our first flight, we boarded on time, but then it was delayed over 3 hours due to a mechanical malfunction. They didn't let us exit the plane for those 3 hours and only at hour 2 were we served water! How crazy? To make it even worse, my flight back to JFK was delayed 4 hours from my 11:55pm takeoff time. I wasn't notified until 10pm, when I was already at the airport. I had to wait until 4am for take off... I called JetBlue and they told me they will have to review the flight to see if I can get compensated. I'm expecting a full refund.

I recently flew with JetBlue and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Several employees I interacted with were noticeably unhelpful and came across as rude, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Communication was poor, and I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I’ve flown with other airlines where customer service was far more attentive, so this experience stood out in a negative way. I hope JetBlue takes steps to improve their staff training and overall customer care, because the current level of service did not meet my expectations. I DO NOT recommend at all.

I recently flew with JetBlue and was thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, it was clear that this airline prioritizes passenger comfort and satisfaction. The plane itself was spotless, and the spacious seating provided ample legroom, making the flight remarkably comfortable. Although there was a small delay in our schedule, JetBlue’s crew went above and beyond to ensure passengers were accommodated. About 10 minutes before landing, one of the flight attendants kindly repositioned me to the front row, allowing me to make my connecting flight without any issues. Their attentiveness and proactive approach truly stood out. The flight attendants were not only professional but also warm and approachable, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the journey. I highly recommend JetBlue to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable flying experience. They’ve earned my loyalty as a customer!
