Great airline. Haven't traveled locally in years, but I was very pleased with staff, airplane clean, and snacks provided. Chicago Boston trip and will definitely use this airline again. Stay away from Frontier and Southwest

Booked a morning flight, that had a 1 hour layover, arriving to my destination before 1pm. They then changed my flight time to an afternoon flight, with a 3.5 hour layover, not getting me to my destination until after 9pm. This is going to cost me extra in parking, dog boarding, and meals, and they just said too bad, there's nothing else available. Terrible customer support and no consideration for their customers. So very frustrating. They are no longer my first or second or third choice.

I’ve traveled with them a few times before and never had any issues. For value and service overall I am happy.

Robert Luna at JetBlue had exceptional customer service. I asked for seats to be assigned and told him about our travel issues with another airline while he was looking up things. Without asking Robert said he gave us seats with extra leg room to make us more comfortable for our flight. Robert was extremely friendly! Very much appreciated after what we had to deal with that day. Everyone on JetBlue's crew were very friendly. We will fly with them in the future.

We have been waiting at check-in since past an hour and no attendant is present at the desk while all other airlines like Alaska, Spirit, United are attending their customers and travelers. This is so insane and stupid such poor customer service. I saw a jetblue attendant walk in an hour ago but still they are resting inside, eating and chatting while the passengers are waiting in a queue since a long time. On that hours later when they came, I told them I can’t check in and my boarding pass and ticket ain’t getting printed but they kept me aside saying I am not ready while scrolling reels on phone and then eventually when they say their system ain’t printing my tickets and tags they eventually printed it. What a crap service.
