On June 19th, on my day of travel, I received an email letting me know my flight had been canceled. I wasn't given a choice to choose another flight. I was told the flight provided was the only choice aside from just canceling. As a result of this, my car rental was affected. I had to cancel my rental car. The price increased. I was given an opportunity to speak to a resolution specialist / supervisor who was very mean and didn't display any empathy. She was cold n unpleasant. I have never been so humiliated. As a result of this, i lost 2 days of work and added additional cost to my rental car while losing time on my scheduled flight. This carefree customer service is horrible. To receive no compensation is unacceptable. I continue to keep Jetblue and keep getting disappointed. 2 weeks ago, my brand new luggage was destroyed, and I was given $50 with them, saying it's not their fault. How can you have your company represented so poorly. Customer service is very important for success. These 2 examples show no care at all. For this, you will get 1 star. This just displays disgust! You are not showing what you continue to advertise and promote!

Jet blue is worse and worse. They delay the flight for over 3 hrs then canceled it for the next day. The rep said the pilot "timed out". Call customer service.... no compensation for ubers,lyfts,hotels, nothing. Lied and said it's because of weather, when the staff in the airport already told us the reason and the couldn't find another pilot. Then had the balls to send me a $12 food voucher... LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS!!

My bag got delayed and sweet Wiscombe (?) at the counter was very kind and helpful. She helped me get what I need all sorted and was patient while doing so, a rare gem she was among my experiences in the Atlanta airport.

Great prices, friendly, funny, and super cool pilots and hostess that come with snacks from the ATL to NY. Thank you to all staff members, even the ones that I have not met yet. Thank you for your service..

the flight was okay, nothing special. the legroom was decent, but customer service could've been better.
