I had a flight canceled and provided all the information to get my hotel reimbursement from JetBlue and they denied it. They don’t care about their customers and I’m Worried that this is going to be a continued pattern. I will refrain from flying into NYC as much as possible and recommend everyone do the same.

Very impressive JetBlue ! The new digs at LGA is spacious, visually futuristic and offered a pleasantly quick TSA check in. The walk through shopping mall and eateries are very cool. Very much appreciated healthy choices for eats as well as Lego store. The floor to ceiling concave windows along seating was truly spectacular. I loved the holographic fountain! What a treat.

La Guardia is a disaster, dropping off is very easy, picking up,,,,ughhhh. Jet Blue, nice size seats, TV, free Peacock chargers, and snacks. Jet Blue 5 stars, Lagaurdia 1 star

The airline is good. Clean efficient and mostly on time. Ticket prices are par for the industry. The jets are too compact and small for the average adult of 190lbs. If you weigh more your screwed.
