    This is my 1st JetBlue flight and it's been exceptional, thanks to the gate agent Brett, and I haven't even taken off yet. It's also my first visit to Boston and I told Brett this and requested a window seat (so I can see the city when we are landing), he made it possible. The legroom is incredible, super clean, the flight attendants seem alert and super nice. I also like their outfits. I'm very much looking forward to this flight. If the next 6 hours are similar to this, I'm never going to fly another airline, regardless of cost.

    I always use JetBlue because I love how attentive they are to allergies, how clean and roomy the seats are, and the TVs always work, etc... our flight home on Saturday, however, was a major problem. I had purchased the JetBlue Flex option, which I always do because I love the ability to switch the dates if I need to, and can bring two bags per person. I went to change the date by 24 hours and was told that it would only cost $40 more so I happily spent it. When I went to check in 12 hours later, turns out that they had downgraded the quality of the ticket and all of a sudden I had to pay $200 extra for the luggage, my tickets had been downgraded, and when I called and complained got told that they had apparently changed policy since I had last called and they weren't going to do anything about it? The person on the phone was also very rude. Horrendous service, not to mention that the person who I spoke to originally should have mentioned the change in the tickets if that was what was going to happen, I would have gladly just kept my prior tickets. I should have been told that it would be $240 not $40, and feel very violated that I was not told about the policy change, which happened without my knowledge. The flight itself was filthy and I barely got any time to wipe down the seats like I usually do to avoid allergens. I have always recommended JetBlue to friends and family, and now will have to avoid the airline in the future.

    Today JetBlue screwed up about 5 flights of luggage. They deny knowing this before we left PDX but that’s impossible. Luggage was sent everywhere and is currently spinning on a carousel in some city. My luggage pickup was about 20 feet from drive through cars... and based on the JetBlue employees running around with clipboards jotting down names and trying to collect our claim tickets, I highly doubt even they believe we’ll ever see it again. I’m about $400 into buying stuff just to survive but JetBlue graciously offered a $30 credit as the total amount of our inconvenience per “JetBlue” policy. I flew Delta a few weeks ago and the price break on these cattle flights are not worth it.

    Flew the airline to B-town with a connection to Virginia. It’s up to par with Alaska Airlines in terms of service and what they have onboard. Their legroom and pretty fast WiFi (which is free on some flights) makes it a #1 choice if I want to get to the big Apple or b-town

    Always easy. Always quick. Good on time record. Love the snack and drink options. Friendly flight crew, gate agents etc. Great prices. Makes the terrible fact of having to fly places much easier so far.
