JetBlue has quickly become one of the worst airlines. Many many routes have been cancelled. The routes they still have go through massive delays. Customer service does nothing to accommodate for your troubles. Will not be flying this airlines again (not that they fly many places anymore)

DFW > LHR > DUB I booked flights with JetBlue, Unfortunately the aircraft scheduled to take us to Boston had an issue which required them to change aircraft, ultimately meaning I would miss my connection to Dublin. The staff at the desk were extremely helpful and accomodating - Brenda, a woman from England and I immediately connected - we had the same birthday and we discussed Ireland, England, how she longed for some cheese and onion crisps and HP brown sauce. I asked her if she was always at this desk, and so I would do my best to get her what she was craving (I’m an Irishman living in America and I'm craving chinese fast food like the kind we get back home - so I get it.) In turn, she got me on a plane from Dallas to London which meant a quick hop over to Dublin, I’m losing a couple of hours but honestly that experience in and of itself made up for it. Inbetween searching for fligts Brenda told me where she was born, Scotland, where she moved to when she was young - Bradford, where I have a friend, and ultimately London - she needs to go and see her mother, she’s sick at the moment. Let’s try and get her some time off eh? As we were coming to the end of our deliberations at the check in desk, I asked Brenda if there was somewhere I could get a box of cigarettes around this place (DFW TERMINAL E) she said no but I’ll give you some she said. A few minutes passed and we were finished at the counter, she walked with me towards the doors and said wait there a minute I’ll be right out. She returned with a full box of Marlboro lights still in the plastic wrap. I said “you’re not giving me the full Pack Brenda” and of course, she did. I'm waiting for the BA ticket desk to open up as I write this, drinking gin and tonic and overall impressed with the proffesionalism and genorosity of your staff. Rock on JetBlue.

Wow JetBlue had gone terribly down hill. Delay after delay while all the other airlines are not having issues. Terrible service. I will never fly JetBlue again
