    I’ll never fly JetBlue again. My flight was delayed for HOURS because the crew timed out (cough cough blame it on the weather), and instead of doing anything to fix it, they just kept feeding us excuses. No updates, no communication, and when we finally did get an answer, it was basically “too bad, wait longer.” It’s ridiculous that a major airline can’t manage their crew schedules. People missed connections, events, and work, and JetBlue couldn’t care less. Not even an apology or a voucher — just blank stares and canned “we understand your frustration” lines. The customer service was completely useless — rude, dismissive, and totally unhelpful. You’d think after making passengers sit around for hours they’d offer something, but nope, they left everyone stranded. If you want to gamble with your time, money, and sanity, fly JetBlue. If not, pick literally any other airline. The only voucher I got from them was damaged luggage. Gotta love them 😂

    Sat in the airport SRQ until midnight. The "maintenance crew" was looking at something on the wing with his cellphone flashlight. They cancelled the flight and gave me a $200 voucher that they didn't tell me expired in 6 months...thanks for nothing JetBlue 👍I took a $100 Uber home and it was too late to cancel my $300 hotel in Boston.

    I love flying JetBlue from Sarasota directly to NYC. They offer decent snacks—some airlines don’t even provide water—and their customer service has always been polite and courteous. I’ve never had any issues with them.

    The people working for JetBlue @ Heathrow are unprofessional, ignorant, have no proper customer service skills & will make you feel like you bear all responsibility especially when you are involuntary bumped. I went to Heathrow two days before my flight to make changes as an extreme weather event was announced at my arrival location. I was dealing with Hurricane Milton. The agent behind the desk said that she was unable to do anything for me and could not help in switching my flights because she didn’t have a directive in writing from JetBlue saying she could do so. I tried explaining I was unable to make changes on the app however she didn’t care. The day of my flight I was involuntary bumped due to extreme weather, the same weather I tried making changes for. I didn’t even know about being bumped until I got to the ticket counter. Initially the supervisor stated that I would be looked after if I stayed in London, however when he found out my flight was bumped by two days, this supervisor refused to provide any travel vouchers or assistance. I had already checked out of my hotel and had no where to stay & when i explained this the supervisor just looked at me. I asked to have my flights rescheduled to the closest airport that was open. I was told if I did this JetBlue will no longer be responsible for my travel. I did it anyway. The supervisor for JetBlue Heathrow then proceeded to tell me they only handle the product (print tickets & check bags) and do nothing more for customers. I was rescheduled to Fort Lauderdale Florida, rented a car and drove to my home to make preparations for the Hurricane. Once I arrived in the USA, JetBlue looked after me and my needs and American customer service prevailed. Honestly, employees working for JetBlue @ Heathrow are just there to keep a seat warm & take no responsibility for helping customers. This experience has made me decide not to use JetBlue when travelling internationally. JetBlue will only be a local carrier for me, however a carrier of close to last resort. I absolutely loved JetBlue until this experience. I wish I had the names of the JetBlue employees as they would be included in this review.

    Very unprofessional customer service with JETBLU at this airport. People are rude when you’re just inquiring why is your fly delayed. Very disappointed with JetBlue and their flights being delayed every time I have a book fly with the family.
