    In group C had to gate check bag due to dimensions (never had to with this bag samsonite bag bedore). Fine flying out. It’s a standard bag. Fits easily in overhead. Yes it’s half an inch outside dimensions but so are most carryons. It was a full flight so instead of having all of group E-F check- they just made half the flight check dimensions and then check bags. Wouldn’t be too terrible except Boston JetBlue takes 50-60 min to get baggage. We were also delayed an hour due to Boston runway work but they boarded us 30 min early and we had ANOTHER 30 min delay on takeoff (which was known and they communicated once we boarded). Original Departure was 1:30 delayed to 2:26 but then takeoff couldn’t to happen til at least 2:50pm or later. A normal 4:50 flight time is now 5:40 with runway work plus 2 Delays. Not happy. Some off this is out of their control, but could be handled better. The gate checking bags was extreme. For a full flight there was still 25% of overhead space left. I know some overheard on aircraft are small and then it would have made sense- this was not the case. I fly JetBlue as it’s the preferred route Bos-SAN, but United has similar routes and prices and JetBlue experience is getting worse and worse.

    HORRIBLE service with jet blue. I arrived early around 6:30 for my flight that boards at 9:30 to ease stress of TSA. Jet blue is the only airline with not a single employee at the counter this morning, and they are the only counter opens at 8:45 am. No warning just nobody to help so basically I got to the airport early for nothing. This is the second time I’ve come to this airport and Jet blue workers are nowhere to be found. It’s embarrassing for the airline, unprofessional, and just overall confusing why they are allowed to pick and choose when they want to check bags. Ridiculous that I’ve had to deal with this twice now, I will NEVER be flying this airline again ESPECIALLY out from San Diego. Worst employees ever. I hope they see this and fix something. I take my dog walking jobs more seriously than the jet blue employees.

    Poor communication and execution. Wife and I planned a trip to Jamaica. We arrived at San Diego international airport at 840pm June 8th our flight was supposed to leave at 1030pm. Unfortunately. Because of JetBlue curfew after 930 they did not let us check in. After waiting for 2 hours to check in they finally said they excuse the curfew. When we got ready to board the plain did not show 🤦🏾‍♂️. So we’re had to stay over night in a hotel and wait till the next morning 945am for boarding. But when we arrived the next day June 9th 830am there was no one at the front disk to help us on boarding passes. now on top of that they printed us out the wrong date for our boarding passes. There is literally no one at the front desk wow and it’s only 847am and our plane is supposed to be leaving at 945 am

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SAN DIEGO!!!! We booked with JetBlue to vacation from Boston to San Diego and back and encountered miserable customer service. We waited in a line a mile long of customers at the bag drop kiosk at 9:30 AM when they literally had no one working, NOT ONE JETBLUE EMPLOYEE. We couldn’t use the kiosk to simply check bags as NO ONE was there to take them! The line of wary travelers grew so bad that Spirit and Delta agents had to intervene to reshape the line as it was so long it interfered with check in operations at their desks next door. A terrible way for paying customers to start a long journey. Finished checking after waiting an hour to see our flight is late!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

    Maritza needs to be fired…holy. Flight was delayed, then cancelled, then back to its original time. Maritza made me feel bad for having to rebook the flight, threatened to charge me for the airlines mistake, and told me not to “be late for my next flight.” Gee Maritza, I want to be you when I grow up.
