I arrived at jet blue at 1:33 I went to where passengers board was told to walk to jet blue kiosk the kiosk told me it was closed so I stood in line for 15 minutes to be told I could not board the plane because they were boarding jet I was alerted by email there was a 15 minute delay. I now had to take a taxi to the DC airport by taxi because I didnt have enough time to go back to parking garage to get my personal vehicle. This is outrageous how can you treat customers this way????

Amazing customer service! Had planned a trip for my boyfriend's birthday but had to cancel last minute due to an injury. Customer service was incredible helpful, they even waived the cancellation fee. Jet Blue has definitely earned my future business!
