Its just to easy,It only took accouple of minutes and we were at the airport. JET PARKING staff were prompt and very patient and friendly.We have had this company at the top of thd list for dependability

Never tried "long term" airport parking before. Found a Groupon for Jet parking and decided to give it a try. The Groupon made the price even better. It wasn't expensive to start with. You jump online for their website and pick you time frame. The website has you enter in the airline information so they have the coming and going times. You pay online. When we arrived for the reservation the gate arms were up and we made our way onto the lot to find a spot. They did have good amount of spots open and I luckily found a nice corner spot. I pulled in and hugged the far line to give the one spot next to me ample space for the next week. I parked up near the fence along Fleuer. A nice lady came around with the bus and hopped right out. She snagged up our luggage and got us up onboard. She confirmed our information and took us right over to the airport. The lot is literally across the street. I know they had signs posted that they have no responsibility for damage to vehicles, but it was nice to see the fence and my spot had lots of room. The lady also informed us that their cameras on the property. I didn't look, but it was nice of her to mention. The lady who took us to the airport was very sweet. She gave us a card with the phone number and told us to give them a call when we arrived back. She dropped us off right by the check in area. It was simple when we returned. We called after we had our luggage. The driver asked if we were outside, and we said yes. He let us know he would be right back as he was dropping off another. We found the parking pick up area. The driver didn't help us with our luggage this time. He apologized and said he had a shoulder injury otherwise he would help. He got us back across to the parking lot safely and dropped us off. Again apologizing about not helping unload. It wasn't a problem as we only had a bag each. My car looked fine. No tampering, and everything as I left it. If we ever needed to do this again, I think I would use Jet again.

Had planned to park at the airport for an early early morning flight and DSM blue lot said full, wasn't even allowing vehicles to drive in at the gate even though you could see open spots near the back through the fence. Super annoying!!! Now I'm driving around in the dark, it's 3 degrees out, and I'm trying to figure out the other lots, the road to the gray lot looks like it just disappears into the cold darkness so I make my way to the DSM red lot I'd saw a sign for and I was not exactly enjoying that the roads to the DSM parking lots are literal side roads with only stop signs to cross Fleur Drive. I zigged when I should have zagged and ended up turning around again in some residential neighborhood trying to find an entrance to the red lot. I was frustrated not being able to see much in the cold dark morning while back on Fleur Drive for the 2nd or 3rd time and saw Jet Parking. I'd allowed what I thought was plenty of time for any traffic surprises, parking, waiting on shuttles, etc. but I was starting to get anxious and decided to give Jet Parking a try. For me, the experience was great. I'd found a parking spot in the back corner and before I could start compiling my luggage in a way to drag it to the front of the lot, the shuttle pulled right up to my car. He took down my info and got me to terminal. On the return trip, landing at nearly midnight, I called the number on the card provided and getting picked up by the shuttle went flawlessly. Zero complaints from me, I will use them again. Jet Parking was much easier in and out than using the normal airport lots and I believe a couple dollars cheaper per day too.

Great service ; one man show kind of business but really nice guy ! Easy access quick ride to the airport and really affordable rates . Took advantage of a 15 days Groupon. But still great rates .
