OMG. I am so grateful that I discovered this place. I am also embarrassed that I didn’t know about it, because I’m a loyal Southwest customer. We live in Puerto Rico, and always have a hard time shipping things over there. These guys will ship most of your items at a very reasonable price, and they will do it safely on an airplane. The ladies in the office are extremely nice. It is your typical Southwest friendliness. I highly recommend.

The most friendly SWC in the country. I travel all around the country for my business trips, always have a lot of products to ship among cities. Marie and other staff are always so responsible, professional and friendly. They make the process super easy and efficient for us.

I had a fantastic experience! One employee in particular made my day so much easier- Christ Paulis! I had 4 large pallets of flowers that needed to be loaded in a space that was barely big enough. I was so lucky he was the one working be cause he stacked them so fast and it such particular order to make use of all space! My day was insanely busy and full of hard work and he definitely handled all of that for me! He is a life saver!!!

Nice employees. I was able to drop our shipment the night before to avoid all the traffic. They helped me unload and helped me through the whole process( my first time needing to use them) throughout until completed.
