Very affordable. I love their ticket purchasing system. I have my first airplane ride through Southwest. Fortunately for me it went great. The takeoff was smooth. The snacks were good. And the landing was spectacular. I was grateful for the pilot what's the driving so perfectly. I can't wait for my up-and-coming flight this August.

Absolutely horrible and retched airline. Doesn't even compare to Delta or AA. I absolutely hate flying SWA . The only reason I do is because my company pays for it . But I can honestly say they will never get one cent of my money. Packing every plane full like sardines in a can . Skimping on in flight services. Mean and rude flight attendants with no bedside manner. Value Jet in the 90s was actually better than South West is today.

Our take off flight in ATLANTA was delayed an hour because the pilot didn't show on time so we missed our original connecting flight time. They automatically re-booked us on a flight with a 3&1/2 hour layover in Denver- with a boarding down grade.No concessions were given when we asked the lady at the Southwest counter about it! She just replied with a "Well, at least we'll get you there". Never will fly Southwest again.

I know that SW had some challenges over the holiday because my son’s flight was delayed but I had a wonderful experience this past weekend. I flew out on Sunday morning and returned Sunday evening! Both flights were amazing! Boarding and De-boarding were seamless. The plane temperature was comfortable, the flight attendants were pleasant and I was grateful because travel can be daunting Thanks Southwest!!!
