Good flight not great, no issues maybe I am old fashioned, but it seems attendants really don't do that much anymore the flights I took didn't have seat assignments you took what was open, if you like that It's fine but not for me, Pros the seats were comfortable and they did have free WiFi, Cons, need a better snack collection. Overall it was decent.

Worst aI am sorry to hear about the negative experience you may have encountered with the airline. It is truly disheartening when expectations for travel are not met. I hope you can find more suitable travel options in the future. I trust that your future flights will be smoother and more enjoyable.

I don't get why they're selling upgraded tickets advertising extra legroom if they're still doing open seating. Why can't they be honest in their pricing? I wouldn't have paid extra if I knew preboarding would push me so far back in the plane.

My first time flying on Southwest and it was pretty hassle free. I loved that you can have 2 carry-on bags for no extra cost and their ticket prices were quite competitive to others. We bought the “Early Bird” add on because we wanted to make sure my husband and I could sit with our 4 year old. Turns out the airline would never separate young children from their parents regardless of your place in line for boarding. However, the auto check-in feature was convenient and we did get to board right after business class which enabled us to the seats we would most prefer. We would pay the extra $25/each way again. We also liked their on board SW app for watching tv or movies on your device or watching a real-time view of the plane en route with est time remaining. The pilot even showed our kiddo the cockpit and let him take a picture with him. Staff was friendly and efficient. We will definitely travel with them again.

I always have a decent-good experience on Southwest. I took 2 stars for the pricing; the prices are comparable if booking at least 5-6 weeks in advance. Last minute booking was around $600 for any last minute flights from Baltimore to Tampa, if in advance, it’s usually ~ $150
