Northeast check in counter for a 6 am flight is a ghost town with nearly 100 people lined up. We walk to the other side to check bags onto flight and are told to wait until 4 am. It’s now past 4 am and no one is here to check any of their passengers in and likely leading to people being late for their flights. Terrible service when the entire other end is empty after checking in all their other customers. Do not fly to their northeast destinations out of Orlando first thing in the morning. TERRIBLE.

Always have delay ,no seat assigned,bad and rude customer service,laying that you have to chek in even caryons. Worst company and service l even travel.
