Southwest canceled our flight three times. Then we had to wait in two separate lines for 2-3 hours. Finally got our turn to the front line and had to wait another 30mins before we were help. I let them know how rude and long the wait was. They called security. A supervisor had to fix our flight schedule. Also he apologized for the inconvenience. Had southwest been up front with us . We could of drove to Chicago and been on time to my daughters commencement. For the first time in her life , I will not be there for my daughter important time in her life. Thanks southwest. Worst airlines United airlines now. Night and day compared to southwest. They have refreshments and the pilot apologized for the delay. United has one help desk. The line is moving fast with six lines open. Also have people walking the line helping people. Southwest is broken nothing to fix. United will be my airline . I will let my family and friends, co-workers, neighbors, anyone I meet about the experience with southwest. Just try United for yourself. PS: added a photo. Class

I will never use any other airline as long as Southwest is an option. Their service is hard to beat. Southwest takes care of their employees and you can tell. They are kind while withholding their level of professionalism and prompt service.
