The reason why this isn't 5 stars is the dang directions. You know it would be nice when you are using Google maps the dang thing takes you where you don't need to go and don't get me started on the one way street crap. 😡🤬😡🤬

Horrible . Experience didn’t get my cargo till 2 hours later when they said it be here at 4pm. Don’t use them if you want something on time

Sometimes fast sometimes slow. The later shift team seems to know what they are doing more vs the early shift team. Clwan place. We pick up a lot of fish here and we do get a lot of bursted leaking boxes. Meaning somewhere along the transportation, someone working for southwest airlines is not handling things nicely. If my shipper I Can use other airlines, I would prefer to switch and try other airlines out. I only use them because it is cheaper vs fedex delivered directly to me.
