I have always loved southwest and it pains me to leave less than 5 stars but there is a problem that is getting worse. I always pay extra to get in the A group. Special needs, old, young kids etc get on first which is fine. But more and more healthy strong people are taking advantage of this policy. Southwest is allowing it. 4 flights in a row, ten healthy people per flight. Then miraculously these people are cured and jump off the plane.

Ignorant man at check in with bags. Machines were not working he would not Help to get baggage claim tickets from behind his desk. Then he notified the TSA and had my husband and I tagged.

Cancelled flights, rebooked to different airport and promised luggage would make it onto new flight. However, luggage not on flight and SWA unable to locate.

Had 100 lbs. of crawfish for a morning delivery to PVD and SWA lost the crawfish "somewhere in Florida"!?! I had 60 people coming over for a boil! I had to come back again when they finally found them.

After boarding a SWA plane which was still boarding people, headed for Midway Airport, our grandson became ill. He passed out. The plane was still on the ground so it was determined that they could not take the chance on letting us fly. We left the plane. EMTs and rescue personnel were right there in the airport to attend to our grandson. They were attentive, knowledgeable and professional: ready to take him to the hospital,which we determined was not necessary. SWA personnel were so helpful and empathetic. Someone rebooked us for the trip that we had been looking forward to for months. I want to express my gratitude to the men and women who were so kind, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Kerry Lemieux Baker for her guidance and calming affect. We are so lucky to have a team like you, at “the ready”. We will never forget you.
