Broke my suitcase and wouldn't do anything to help bc I asked for help more than 4 hours later. I fly monthly with SW. Very disappointing for a business frequent flyer and card holder to be treated poorly.

On a direct return flight home got to the airport a few hours early only to have it get canceled and rebooked for the next day with stops so instead of a 3 hour flight it was going to be over 9 hours the next day. Tried calling never got a call back. Got to the help desk after 1 hour wait in line. Got on a direct flight later in the evening from my original flight. The moral of the story is when dealing with Southwest in a similar situation don't bother with the app or website or calling, speak directly with a person

I have been a SW kid my whole life and I could not be more upset with our experience today. My family and I were diverted to Milwaukee instead of landing in Chicago for our connection to DCA. Upon landing in milwalkee, we learned our stroller had been “lost” in Chicago and that our bags wouldn’t make it to DCA and we needed to pick them up. Upon arriving in DCA after a number of delays and going to the bag office we were told the bags were in Milwaukee even though the bag tracker stated they were in Chicago where our connection was supposed to be. We were also informed we would have to come back tonight even though it’s already 8 pm to get them. We’re a military family stationed at DC and our bags can’t be tracked and delivered to us tomorrow? Also any chance you can find our stroller in Chicago? This was the worst day traveling with two young children and I don’t think I’ll be using Southwest again.

Usually, I love my experience with swa. Unfortunately, I left my phone on the flight. The flight attendant saw my spouse and said she left it at the gate. I speak with swa ticketing 4x to retrieve it. Was told to meet the male supervisor with locks at the security exit. Waited about 30 mins. He never shows up. I go back to the ticketing counter to figure out what the status was, she states a female supervisor at this time needs 5 more minutes. Irritating... it was a small airport, I could have walked back there 10x over. I get it people are busy, but say you ate going to need an hours pulling my leg like you actually have an interest in returning my items. Yes, I left my phone, I take responsibility for it, however be upfront that I am not getting my phone anytime soon as customer service to locate lost items is not your priority
