Lady at front desk (wish I would have gotten her name) was very rude. The next lady standing beside her was also not so nice. My cousin and I are currently flying to Mexico and she started asking me for my confirmation info for my hotel/returning flight. Which was weird because my cousin went to the desk right beside me and the lady didn’t ask her a single question. When my lady agent asked her agent if she asked my cousin about the paperwork the lady replied “that’s not my problem if they make it to Mexico or not”. Very professional Southwest. This is my first and last time ever flying with you.

As the nation is under massive heat waves, Southwest sees no problem with loading a flight to max capacity and then let everyone bake inside as it waits for late baggage for an hour. Hundreds of people facing possible heat stroke, children crying and they won’t even turn on the ventilation system. No air flow at all. I will never fly SW again

The Charleston Southwest Airlines gate people were fabulous (You can't really say that much about gate attendants these days), so yay! No hostilities, no annoyance towards customers. Just really nice helpful people who apparently understand the customers are stressed with traveling and are willing to help.
