My flights all made it, thankfully, but I was a bit bummed that the Southwest staff weren't as fun as they used to be. That was until my flight out of Denver to Tucson on 7/15/25. Wade, at gate 46, was a hoot. He was having a good time and obviously enjoys his job. Give the man a raise! Once on board, our pilot gave us some good laughs too. Thanks guys for showing there is still a bit of fun left at Southwest. 😁

I just had a an exceptional experience on Southwest Airlines yesterday! I was flying from Tucson nonstop to San Diego on FLT 1193. I have hypoglycemia and wear a glucose monitor now because it's an issue. The flight attendant, Ashley Y., not only was so friendly she was superb in every way! She spoke to myself and the other pre board passengers about emergency evacuations and assistance in case of emergencies. I believe this is a first for me on any airline. In addition, when I asked her about my CGM and phone settings in flight, she wanted to make sure she had all the necessary information about how she could assist me if I should have a low blood sugar event in flight. Her care and concern was above and beyond. I so appreciate her and I highly recommend Southwest Airlines! From gate to gate it was a really great experience!

We flew to Spokane, WA (GEG) this past week for a family visit. Good flights but many thanks for a lovely and efficient "lost/misplaced bag" person in Tucson, named Theresa. She was efficient, helpful and charming! Excellent service. Thank you!

We were very concerned about a delay in our flight and the impact it would have on our connecting flight. The ticketing agent Francisco was absolutely amazing! He helped us and was patient and kind to us. You have a gem in this young man who understands customer service with a smile! This was on March 23 at approximately 4:30pm.

I won't be able to name the agent that helped me with my special package. This was the first time I have had this problem ever. He provided a solution that I never would have thought they would have. Just happened to have one. Saved the day and the trip. I will update when I get home. Bravo Southwest. Edit. The case for my pistol was able to be pryed open a bit. He took it upon himself to help with another lock, a few wraps around the handle and I was on my way.
