Worst experience I have ever had. Not helpful at all. They kept delaying our flight and were going to miss the connecting flight. The customer service was horrible and rude. They said there was nothing they could do and told us we would just have to sleep in the airport and take a different flight the next day. The lady I talked with kept cutting me off and rolling her eyes. The guy I talked with was extremely sarcastic and standoffish. I will never fly with them again. Nor would I suggest using them. As for the plane itself. The plane was not cleaned. There was trash left from previous passengers.

My nephew was flying as a unaccompanied minor (6 years old) we arrived at the airport on time and had no problems with security but his flight was delayed 2.5 hours. The Southwest team worked great on handling everyone issues. As they rush around to get everything done. Kevin the boarding attendant took the time to meet my nephew, explain what was going to happen and how he would board. As we said our goodbyes a traveling pilot who overheard our last minute instructions, volunteer to walk him to the plane. To make it even easier Kevin stop by after the plan was loaded to share a photo of my nephew seated, buckled up and ready to go. Thank you Southwest Airlines.

SouthWest Sucks. If there are no issues itβs ok. But if there is good luck. Employees will play dumb to avoid the issue and try to pass it on to someone else.
