I had an awful experience with the check in agent at Southwest on Sunday the 7th of September. Which I am still dealing with. We had a problem with our flight and I had a refundable ticket. I asked her to cancel my ticket so I could go book a United flight. She said she canceled the ticket and then checked in my Partner and our dog. My partner was still taking the Southwest flight. I have not seen the refund posted so I call Southwst and they say she marked it as a no show. Highly recommend to never fly Southwest out of Albuquerque. If you do, be prepared to deal with some of the incompetent people/worst customer service ever.

If there is a delay that ruins a connection... They will not pay for a rental car They will not get you on another airlines flight. These options would have saved us 6 hours of delay based on the new flight option they gave us.

This is by far the best airline!! They have never done me wrong and its always a pleasant experience! Normally i do short flights but always great friendly service!

Worst customer service of any airport any airline. Gate agents are rude and need better training.

I am extremely disappointed with the way Southwest handled my pre-boarding as a disabled passenger. Despite my condition, I was not placed on the pre-boarding list, leaving me feeling helpless and overlooked. My son had to step in and explain the situation multiple times before an agent finally corrected it. As someone with a disability, this experience was frustrating, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. Accessibility and dignity should never be an afterthought, and no disabled passenger should have to fight for the accommodations they are entitled to. Southwest, do better.
