Southwest Airlines online tickets was easy to book our trip and the kiosk was easy to use to get our tickets. The loading and unloading onto and off of plane was organized and calm. The Stewardesses and Stewart's were friendly, had great personalites and were very helpful. The 737's we flew on were large, but not overly. I believe they held around 140 people. The flight from Midland, Texas to Dallas Love Field was pretty quiet and uneventful. I would recommend Southwest Airlines!

I get early bird check in on my Southwest app. I've never had any issues with this airline. Good prices, friendly staff, one free bag check plus 2 carry on. Decent airport terminals that I've been in. One in Houston was my favorite. They've added more nonstop flights. WannaGetAway offers best prices on their website. It also has a calendar to compare prices by day. No bereavement fare available. I saw people flying with dogs. Beer, wine, barbie size bottles of liquor for sale, no cash, credit/debit only. Teeny bathroom. They gave us little bags with pretzel/ cracker mix. I don't think they serve peanuts anymore. I ❤️ Southwest

Stuck. Plane arrives 7:15 pm. Theres a delay in DAL they say. We’ll leave in 20 they say. You can depart to go to vending. Just show your id to get back on. Nope you need to wait until 8:20. Until the plane loads new folks. No biggie. Just got off to get my son something to eat. He’s on the plane and I’m not. Geeze

The assigned seating and the charge for bags will make me fly another airline. You should have just raised ticket prices and added those fees into the cost of a plane ticket. Your new way of explaining fees to customers will backfire and you will lose customers Everything goes up in price. I think your new marketing plan to explain away the prices of assigned seats and luggage will be the biggest disaster your company ever has faced.

I love Southwest airlines. My favorite, they offer 2 check luggage and very affordable. The fares are not expensive. I do not like seating pattern of southwest airlines. Seats are not assigned to you and I do not know how they do the grouping, but I still give them 5 stars
