Outside of the one employee in El Paso at the ticket counter wearing her mask on her chin, everyone was helpful and kind. I hadn't ridden in this style plane before and it had sufficient leg room, almost felt not sardine-like. I like the ambient lighting but miss Skymall. The flight crew cracked a joke or two during their announcements which really helps with us anxious flyers relax a little. Our flight has been delayed but the flight information online stayed up to date and we were surprised with a 30 min delay instead of the expected 6 hour delay. All in all a positive experience but a tiny in-air bloody mary would have topped it off nicely.

Southwest is gone. Business model that once made them great is gone. They actually suck now.

I have never flown without a delay or cancellation. And I have flown quite a bit now. Weird. Otherwise they are good.

2 hour delay going to my destination. On the way back they changed my flight that made me stay an additional 4 hours at the airport. I'll pick a more reliable airline next time

Dear Southwest Airlines, I am writing to report a lost item and to express my disappointment with the service I received at the airport. On Thursday, July 31st, I flew on Southwest flight WN 2943 from Denver (DEN) to El Paso (ELP). My estimated departure was at 7:44 PM, and I arrived at approximately 9:33 PM. Unfortunately, I left my hat in one of the overhead bins in the first few rows of the aircraft and realized it shortly after deplaning. Today I went to the Southwest office at the airport to seek help retrieving it. However, the woman who attended me was not only unhelpful, but also quite unfriendly and dismissive. Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude and made an already stressful situation feel worse. I felt treated with indifference rather than understanding or support. The hat holds personal significance, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance in locating and returning it. I also hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer deserves to be treated with such disregard—especially when seeking help for a simple and solvable issue. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to hearing from your team.
