Very good airline to travel in US. Southwest Airlines Co., referred to as Southwest, is one of the major airlines of the United States and the world's largest low-cost carrier. It is headquartered in Dallas, Texas and has scheduled service to 121 destinations in the United States and 10 additional countries. Their rapid reward system is very good. You can take 2 checked in baggage and one carry on baggage for free. Their in flight services are very good. All their beverages and snacks are also g. You can travel along with your family and friends.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Booked a nonstop flight from Houston to Indy months ago for my mom’s 85th birthday. Departing at 6:55 pm & arriving at 10:10 pm. Four hours prior to flight I get a notice it’s canceled. I immediately go to the app and try to rebook on another flight. It shows various flights available I click on them and it gives me a “ERROR not available; call for assistance.” I call and it tells me I can receive a call back in 27 minutes. Then I receive a message that I’m re-booked on a flight at 7 AM the following day connecting through Denver and getting at my final destination eight hours later! Completely unacceptable! The radar shows no weather issues…people from all over the country going to my same destination for the same reason…My mom’s 85th birthday… A once in a lifetime event, that I’ll sadly miss…her surprise, because of Southwest Airlines poor planning. SOUTHWEST AIRLINES SUCKS!

On a flight from Tampa to San Antonio/El Paso we were delayed 1.5 hrs for the connector in Houston. The agent in Tampa was so helpful in trying to get us to El Paso. We are so grateful for her help. We arrived at gate 1 with 15mins to go for our flight scheduled at gate 44. My husband ran ahead to let the gate agent know we were traveling with an 81 and 83 yr old. They were in a wheelchair on route. The gate agent said "if I don't see them here they're not here." My husband told her they were on route. She asked her coworker if they should wait. They agreed they shouldn't and closed the door as we turned the corner. There was still 10mins left before the plane was scheduled to leave. I don't understand what happened to common courtesy. The company should be ashamed to have people like this working there. Maybe they should cross train with the Tampa agents. So sad!

Southwest airlines! I wasn't too impressed with them this time, when we got to baggage claim an attendant asked what time our flight was, we still had time to make it but she dismissed us and told us we WEREN'T gonna make it and forward us on to FULL SERVICE. When we spoke with the help desk we WOULD of had time to make it to our gate so we missed our international flight and a night stay at our resort. We were pissed!! We had to debate with another person about availability for the next flight out. We saw their website had FIVE available seats for another flight but the person couldn't locate it. Needless to say, they should have attempted to work with us to get us on our original flight and/or work on their customer service skills. Flying is stressful enough but MISSING FLIGHTS DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST in your job is not conducive to a proper traveling experience. I hope NO ONE has to go thru what we did and I'll think twice before booking with them again.

They Lost my luggage for the week during and starting my vacation. They never gave me an explanation. Horrible communications. Horrible boarding procedures. my wife had a B boarding pass, and i had a C boarding pass. i paid for tickets the same day. Every time!, by the time i boarded only middle seats were available.
