They do their best with what they've got. Folks sometimes forget how many separate factors that have to come together smoothly for them to experience comfort, efficiency, and safe travel. I think SW is a little better than most at doing all that AND keeping a smile on their faces as they corral, herd, feed, and placate unruly, spoiled bipeds through the air.

This rolled out under my feet as we were taking off. I usually fly Southwest because I've never had any problems with them. Why bother socially distancing or advertising that the air is circulated every 2 or 3 minutes if nothing is even clean?? The least they can do is pick up the trash from the last person so it appears to be clean.

Brought us our skis at 3AM despite being hours away. Now that’s great service

We love this airport. It's easy to get to and to navigate around. Unlike Logan. A number of major airlines fly out of here with flights to many destinations. Southwest being one of them.

They were great in Manchester,NH. Baltimore totally horrible, sent my daughter to the wrong gate after being at the right gate. Missed her flight and they just didn't care, said oh well to bad nothing we can do or are willing to do. Her first time flying and to be stuck in an airport because of the worker at Southwest could careless! She should be fired!!!
