I took Scuttle Shuttle home from a late night flight. The service was excellent. Driver was nice and friendly, the shuttle was clean and we got back to Tuscaloosa safely. I highly recommend them. I had a text and a phone call from the driver as soon as I landed to make sure I found her. Great customer service.

I want to send a big shout out and “thank you” to Scuttle Shuttle. I travel to the west coast on business at least once per month. My flights are horrendously early so I typically take the 3:00 am shuttle to BHM. Scuttle Shuttle offers several safe pickup locations around Tuscaloosa and I have never been left waiting around. Usually the driver is there before I even arrive for the pickup. I love that they text you when they are on the way to your location. Then once the driver arrives the real experience begins. These shuttle drivers are the most courteous and friendly people I’ve ever come in contact with using a transportation service. They always greet me with a smile, open and close doors for me and load luggage. Once in the shuttle the driver always asks about my comfort. I’ve noticed they are also very perceptive about if I’m in a talkative mood and want conversation or if I’m still sleepy and needing some quiet time to prepare for a day of travel. This may seem like a small thing but at 3:00 am it is much appreciated. Travel to the airport is comfortable in the clean vans and I have always arrived on time. Now, while we’ve never encountered traffic issues, I can see that could happen but rest assured this company will do all they can to get you to the airport on time. I arrive at the airport steps from entrance, having received my luggage from a friendly driver and I’m ready to begin my day. On two recent trips on United we experienced significant travel disruptions - like a cancelled flight, severely delayed flight and a diverted flight. On both occasions I missed my shuttle pickup time. Lauren, Cory and Alison from the Scuttle Shuttle office were so patient and kind while I was a nervous wreck trying to figure out how to get home. Cory arranged a new reservation for me within minutes of taking my call. To experience such great customer service after dealing with massive travel headaches all day guaranteed that I will continue to use Scuttle Shuttle for airport transportation. I could go on and on about this company. In short, I think it is quite rare to experience such consistently awesome service from a company nowadays. You can be assured of a safe, pleasant and stress free transportation experience with Scuttle Shuttle. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed.

I had unusually great service from Scuttle Shuttle. My flight was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and they gave me credit for my new flight. Also, Gary, who picked me up was extremely pleasant and friendly. There are many shuttles but why bother with another company when I got TOP Service! I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great service!!

It's the ONLY shuttle service I would trust as a UA parent! We tried another cheaper service and they didn't show up. Caused my daughter to take a $140 Uber. We will only use Scuttle Shuttle from now on. If you do a bit of digging you will find that the interstate in this area is very dangerous. There is also a TON of construction in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham. Personally, this is a service you shouldn't skimp on. You get what you pay for. Scuttle Shuttle drivers have been safe and professional every time. I will never stray again.

What an amazing company. I called the after hours answering service and got a phone call back from the owner immediately. She was so calm and polite and helpful when I explained the change of flight time scenario when my son did not get on the scheduled shuttle. She went above and beyond helping my child get to the airport on time for his flight home. It's not often that you get a company that truly cares anymore and they were beyond wonderful.
