No one answers the phone, and I call during work hours, I’ve called for about a week straight and no one answers.

Recently flew Alaska Airlines Seattle to Yakutat for fishing trip. I arrived in Yakutat to find my cooler which had been filled with frozen food, wine, snacks, and some gear had been totally emptied. Two others on flight also found their coolers had been robbed. Alaska Airlines basically said “sorry” and dropped it. I found out McGee is owned by Alaska Airlines and handles their baggage services. Obviously some organized theft going on at SeaTac. Nobody seems to care to look into it. Seattle Port Police were not very optimistic either. This did not occur in Yakutat. It is such a small terminal we watched luggage coming off plane into small baggage claim area.

In the terminal near Gates D 21-25. Sought out this area which is uncrowded for our 3 hour layover. McGee employees take breaks here. 90% NOT masked when coming in from out of doors, sitting playing with their phones, chatting. Poor form folks.

No lunch break for 10 hours , they don't care . Do not waste your time .
