Airport has a museum which is very informative about the area which is very nice to see! I stayed overnight and the ground crew was very kind with helping me out with hot water and good conversation when they were on their break! Jesse specifically was great ! Thank you very much for having me! Only thing I would ask for is a less "well lit room" 😅 but considering I stayed in one of the open areas I can understand why the lights stayed on when they were keeping the airport open. Thank you PQI for an interesting time!

Small airport with big charm. Presque Isle International is about as simple and stress-free as flying gets. The staff are friendly, check-in and security are quick, and everything you need is in one small terminal—check-in, security, baggage, and even rental cars. It’s quiet, clean, and has a unique history tied to its Air Force base roots. The main drawback is the very limited flights (usually just one a day), so if you miss it, you’re out of luck until the next day. Rental cars can also be hit-or-miss, and hotel options nearby are limited and sometimes pricey. Also, there are no jet bridges and you have to walk into the tarmac so dress accordingly. That said, if you plan ahead, this little airport is a great gateway in and out of northern Maine. Expect a no-frills, efficient experience with a personal touch—definitely a different vibe from the big city airports.

Ok so p.i. is making the airport bigger ......what good is that if no flights come in from Bangor....how idiotic is it that people who live in p.i. have to drive over three hours to catch a plane in Bangor because no flights come to p.i. I tried to get a plane ticket for my mother and I have to go to Bangor to get her when, if p.i. had an actual a airport, I could have driven less then 5 minutes away to pick her up. REDICULOUS!!!!!!!! You all lost my business. Your review is 0!!!!!!!!

Efficient and friendly staff servicing northern Maine. It's a small airport, but pleasant to fly in to and out from. They only offer flights to Newark, NJ

Nothing to dislike here. It’s a small airport in northern Maine that sees only one flight per day from JetBlue to and from Boston. It’s an airport under the Essential Air Service program. There is a comfortable waiting area here, fast wifi and a fair amount of charging areas. There is no uber or Lyft here, so bring your own wheels here. No hotel shuttles either.
