Small airport. Rental car pickup/ drop-off, security and going to your gate is pretty seamless. It's kept pretty clean. If you want to purchase food, there's limited options but they have a full store for Kentucky bourbon. No wait at security. Free Wi-Fi. Work stations.

All the employees at Lex is just so polite and professional. They're helpful when needed and this airport is top notched. When my son comes home from the Marines, the employees helps make us feel like home. 5 out of 5 🌟 If you're traveling the I75 side of KY, this is the best airport to use!

Lexington Airport is one of the easiest airports I’ve traveled through. The entire place is clean, well-kept, and easy to navigate. Security was quick and efficient, which made getting to my gate stress-free and hassle-free. It’s not a huge airport, but that’s part of what makes it so convenient—you can get in and out without any problems. Overall, a smooth and pleasant travel experience.

This has become my favorite airport to fly in and out of! Today, I left my crossbody bag in the women's bathroom near the terminal after landing. Thankfully, the TSA agents guided me to a phone at the terminal and an airline staff came downstairs with my bag and all my belongings intact. I am so grateful for the trusting environment and for all the staff that work at this airport

One of the best experiences I've had checking in at an airport. TSA was very friendly. With the government budget not allowing them to get paid, they were still showing great enjoyment in their job. Kudos.

The Bluegrass Airport is a great environment and a truly unique airport. It is very small for an airport, but still a busy environment nonetheless. One of my favorite things about the bluegrass airport is the care put into making it a pretty airport that focuses on the things unique about Kentucky. One example of this is outside there are statues of horses and their trainers because Kentucky is known for its horseracing culture, with nearby Keeneland and Churchill downs in Louisville. Overall, I would give this airport five stars out of five, for its atmosphere and utility, not only is it the only airport in central Kentucky, it has many direct flight to most if not all the biggest flight hubs in the US meaning you can get anywhere you need in the world right here from Lexington. Lastly, delays are rare and the biggest advantage of a small airport is you wont miss your flight from overly long TSA lines or getting lost.
