The Delta Sky Club at Miami Airport is a nice and clean place, perfect for sitting comfortably while you wait. However, the coffee is truly disappointing: I tried the drip coffee twice, and both times it tasted burnt and unpleasant. Even the cappuccino from the machine was worse. For the price they charge, they should really serve decent coffee. The food is average, nothing outstanding, and the desserts are just passable. I would recommend it only if you’re looking for a comfortable place to sit, but I wouldn’t return for the food or coffee experience.

As a Platinum Medallion member with Delta, I’ve come to expect great service — but today, out of the many times I've visited at the Delta Sky Club in Miami, the team truly went above and beyond. I ran into an issue with my reservation (one of those frustrating ones where policy is policy), and honestly, they didn’t have to help. But William, the lounge manager, stepped up with grace and professionalism, resolving the issue with care and making me feel genuinely supported. His leadership set the tone for the entire experience. At the bar, Carlos and Maty — two absolute staples of this lounge — greeted me like family. They’re always friendly, always courteous, and always on point. Their consistency makes every visit here feel like home. Amelia also went the extra mile, literally. She disappeared into the back and returned with fresh Cuban pastries just for me — such a thoughtful gesture that really hit home, especially on a long travel day like today. Every staff member I encountered made me feel welcome, valued, and looked after. It’s moments like these that remind me why I choose to fly Delta, even when it means taking three connecting flights to Montana. Because this kind of service — this kind of human hospitality — is worth it. Thank you again to William, Carlos, Maty, Amelia, and the entire Delta Sky Club team in Miami. Today, I truly felt like a Platinum member. Such a great vibe!

The Delta Sky Club at Miami International Airport is absolutely top-notch! The entire lounge was spotless from the seating areas to the restrooms everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food selection was excellent, with fresh, high-quality options that made it easy to enjoy a relaxing meal before the flight. A special mention to Juan M. Fernandez, the Sky Club Ambassador, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. His professionalism and genuine hospitality made the experience outstanding. Thanks to him and the entire staff for creating such a welcoming and comfortable environment. Highly recommend stopping by this lounge if you’re flying through MIA truly first-class service all around.

A little small but very nice. Clean, good food and it was replenished regularly. The staff was kind and helpful.

Sky Club was a very nice experience. Food options were tasty and plenty. Seating was readily available. Crew was on tip top mode as they effortlessly moved about keeping things tidy. Bathrooms were spit shined clean. All in all. GO DELTA!!!!

Definitely not my favorite Sky Club, but it gets the job done. Take the elevator it's a lot of stairs! This club has all your standard Sky Club offerings. Not a lot of good views, only 1-2 showers so the line can be long. The bar is small and doesn't open until 7am, and the club closes early at 9:30pm.
