Well when you spend for a business class seat you get that treatment and service. No wonder , right ? I was sick when I boarded the plane but the surrounding and service plus the sleeping seat helped me recover before landing. Amazing. Food was good and had variety then economy seat. Everything was clean and sparkly. Service was good too. Recommend it when you want to spend money for a business class seat.

I am currently sitting in the bag line, and there are no employees here. This is highly unprofessional. Those of us who patronize this airline are all on a schedule. IAH Delta is running the risk of making all of us late for our flights.

suitecase was lost and when it was found and returned to me after 3 days delivered to my house by Roady the suitcase was damaged: no handle, no wheels broken lock and been opened after checking inside found things missing reported it and been waiting for a month now and nothing was done about it except an email from a claim manager telling me that all those were not right and i was lying about it and did not even checked with the delivery company picture that they took.

Everything on time, everything exactly as expected. The Delta lady at the boarding gate in Atlanta was the nicest Delta employee I ever encountered. I would want to have her on my staff!

We were compensated for days of lodging until next flight due to stolen passport. Wonderful Airline!

Staff didn’t show up till about 50 minutes before boarding time. Apparently they were in a “meeting”. Seems like delta needs to schedule their staff meetings ahead of time. We were waiting in line about an hour. Usually I love Delta. But when they have an early flight scheduled and they can’t staff the front counters, frontier and spirit are looking like great options. The line behind us wrapped around the elevators due to the staff being late. Not very professional
