    The Delta One experience. Phenomenal staff and exceptional customer service from check-in to landing. From the moment I arrived, every team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They were always available to help and assist with any requests, making the entire journey seamless and stress-free. The food served was delicious, complemented by a decent selection of wines and a wide variety of beverages to suit all tastes. The cabin was spotless and comfortable, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere throughout the flight. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I highly recommend flying with Delta.

    Wonderful experience with flying with Delta. Staff were very nice and supportive throughout my 4 hrs flight going and coming back from Puerto Rico. When you're able to watch a movie, listen to music and track your flight through your seat personal virtual monitor you can't be bored. Out of all the airlines I've flown with throughout the years. Delta is my no#1 airline!

    Only back to Dublin this morning from USA..Delta dis it again. Amazed with service and kindness..absolutely amazing team from start to the end.. did few trips with other airlines to and had one few years back with delta and was great experience.. wen booked tickets this time.went on specifically to delta and did it wit them.. and I really have to say I was absolutely amazed. Well done guys and thank you all for looking after me and my family .. thank you

    Started off the day leaving the house at 1pm (10/30/2025). The Delta flight to Miami was supposed to depart by 3:24pm. Just as we went through TSA they told us there's 30 minutes delay. In quick order that got bumped to passed 5pm. Then 8:52pm. All whilst we were waiting at B55 (had to traverse all the way to B55, the last spot). While we were waiting the monitor said B53 will be for Miami. Then followed by another change sans announcement. It got changed to A14. The we went to shuttle bus to get there. When we got there we waited. The delayed extended to 9:17. Then in short order extended to 9:33, citing the weather. The deluge ended hours ago, mind you. Delta's service is so bad even the woman with snacks & drinks is sneaking around without telling us we are privy to those measly morsels. Why are we paying premium for this? I would expect such service from Spirit or Norse. I think the latter is much better for the price.

    It was 11 hours flight to Honolulu, Hawaii. It wasn't the longest flight I have ever flied. Can't compare to across Pacific Ocean flight that use bigger aircraft, newer model and more functional. Obviously pretty old airplane with not so much clean on the side of the seat. With my little experience about flying, I mostly bring my own meal or snack to be less expectation about food. Because I travel as a couple, I paid extra to be able to seat at the window seat for long flight like this. It was worth to see the sky, land and ocean when you take off and landing.

    Had the pleasure of riding Delta One to Iceland. Five Star treatment and the food was very good. I was able to get some rest with reclining chairs that stretch out on the way.

    I recently flew Delta Airlines from Newark, NJ to Salt Lake City for a conference, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the gate staff were friendly and helpful. The flight departed on time, and the cabin crew made the entire trip comfortable with their warm service and professionalism. The seats were comfortable, the in-flight Wi-Fi worked well, and I appreciated the complimentary snacks and entertainment options, perfect for a long flight. We arrived in Salt Lake City right on schedule, giving me plenty of time to prepare for my conference. Overall, Delta made the travel portion of my trip stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely choose them again for future business travel!

    Look, I LOVE Delta! They are the best Airline in the industry. Dont waste your time and money elsewhere. You get what you pay for! Trip was awesome bc there were no travel impacts. Departure gate was easy and convenient for boarding.

    Outstanding Service from Immanuel – Delta Flight DL1993 (Dec 3, STI β†’ JFK) My wife is currently undergoing cancer treatment and has difficulty walking, so we requested wheelchair assistance upon landing. Unfortunately, when we arrived at JFK, the wheelchair service was not there. Immanuel, a member of the Delta crew, immediately called to request it again β€” but even after all the passengers had deplaned and the crew had left, the service still never arrived. Seeing this, Immanuel personally stepped in to help us. He brought the wheelchair himself and guided us through a large portion of the airport. He went above and beyond his duties with kindness, patience, and genuine care. In a moment when we needed support the most, he was there. His professionalism and compassion truly restored our trust in Delta. We will continue flying with Delta because of employees like Immanuel. Thank you, Immanuel β€” you made a difficult situation much easier for us.
