Worst service ever!!! Paid to do nothing! No information no communication!! Worst service I ever experienced

Extremely unprofessional, i don’t understand after reading all the reviews why Delta has not done anything about it. My husband went there yesterday morning to send a shipment, the person who Identified himself as the manager spoke To my husband in such an insulting , demeaning and condescending manner that it was shocking , my husband was floored and asked him for his name, he covered his shirt so his name was never seen, my husband asked why he was speaking to him in such a tone and the manager said” because I can”. Is that any way to treat paying customers who are paying your salary? How is Delta allowing this to happen? I’m completely in shock that this employee is allowed to work there and get away with such behavior. My husband is a kind and gentle man who does not engage in arguments but this was out of line and disrespectful. We will NEVER use Delta cargo again. Horrible experience,

Avoid like the plague. First off I had to wait 5 minutes for the guy with the earbuds in to even recognize my existence. After exchanging words and what I can only assume were words in broken English, not to mention a few side glances, he informed me that the guy responsible for processing the dash packages was on lunch and would not be available for 20 minutes. I pressed him, I don't have 20 minutes. He said it might actually be 30 minutes? What kind of service is this?!? For an industry so wrecked by covid-19 you would think that the basic levels of customer service would be a prerequisite for hire. Apparently not. There is good reason why FedEx is eating their lunch. Avoid avoid avoid

I know that Delta airline subs the cargo handling to a third party but the meer fact that they allow these hooligans to manage the process make them liable.. The absolute worst experience I have had in a long time and in Miami that take alot to say

This place has a horrible customer service, the guys let you wait for so long and they prefer talking about their lifes with other employees than provide a good service for Delta customers! Not recommended...
