Very unorganized, got here at my appointment time at 5:00pm still indoor at 9:30 pm lost all my driving time to deliver load.

If you are picking up here make sure you have plenty of time and food because you will be here for long time and I mean a long time

Another billion dollars corporation who can’t afford a wash room for people who come here for pick up their freight especially truckers and on top of that there is no authority who they can complain about it … they all sitting inside with air conditioning on and think some one waiting in line for hours in not even human and may need to use washroom or may have condition they can’t hold for long . Shame full thinking . at least they can afford a potter potty..

I will NEVER drop off or pick up a load here again. They are very unorganized. You dock wherever but you'll wait hours before anyone tell you that.

I’m sorry for the truckers who may have had a challenging time with the location with timing. I can’t say the same for my experience. Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly. The forklift drivers were quick and I was out of here less than an hour .
