The worst airline Iβve ever dealt with! No information whatsoever about flight cancellations β no email, no message, nothing. Absolutely terrible! I would never recommend flying with them.

Extremely dismissive, unprofessional and rude. Sabrina c. And Ngay - supervisor and manager. We had checked in 1hour early at the kiosk for our flight (policy dictates 45minutes cut off for no boarding pass issued so we had to check out geolocations to confirm). We were kicked from our flight, charged more, added layovers. Throughout our brief interaction, we were repeatedly given patronizing reminders that "basic economy" justified providing us with lower quality service. Service should be consistent for all clients. It was very disturbing to see this type of culture coming from management. This issue needs to be investigated.
