PATHETIC customer service from Delta employees. Every desk and counter is understaffed with people who DO NOT CARE about helping anyone. Miserable overworked underpaid employees donโt make for a great flying experience. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES SO THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS

Just thought I would write a review on the first class meal options offered by Delta. I have done lots of food reviews, so hears my take on Delta. Overall I'm giving it 3 stars but please note that most airline meals are much worse. I applaud Delta for serving food on an airplane that is very similar to a local diner. I did not enjoy everything but the main course meals were decent, like crepes and chicken salad. For some reason they paired breakfast with a shrimp cocktail, which was odd, however most of the side dishes and snacks were fine. In other words the food is OK and you will find something that you will like.

Current wait time to speak with a representative......4 hours and 54 minutes......Seriously????.......If that's legit.....Eff Delta.......Get more help........

I'm still sitting on the runway. The plane was suppose to leave at 5:37 am. It's 6:40 am and we are still waiting. The staff was courteous. Even though we left over an hour late, the allowed me to exit the plane first, even though I was near the back, so I wouldn't miss my next flight. And for that, I am thankful...
