I am traveling from Boston to London. And I was very anxious about my flight and scheduling and what not. When I boarded on to the delta flight at the gate waiting to get my ticket and then wait for the flight was kindly greeted by two delta employees. John M. and Elsa Rocha. I am diabetic and have high cholesterol and horrible back pain. So traveling takes a toll. however these Two delta employees are trying to make it more accommodating for me. John M. and Elsa Rocha. are doing a great job. they are very kind to me and are super patient with me. and when i have a request or need something they more than willing to talk it out and make sure i’m all set before my flight departs. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure people like me enjoy the flight and get our tickets for boarding. they are very respectful to me again and greeted me with a warm smile. I am very grateful to have them there. they’re terrific. thank you guys.

I spoke to a delta airlines customer service rep over the phone ! I am not sure what department or city! The best customer service from any airline ever! He helped me, My Mom and My Brother , we were on a 3 way call! His name was Charles! The most patient and focused delta representative ever !! He was compassionate, empathetic , helpful. He searched all sorts of possibilities so all 3 of us could be on the same plane! I am traveling from Boston, then we are all on the same connecting flight from Atlanta to Albuquerque for my Cousin’s funeral! It’s a very sad situation that Charles from delta made it a little better by his amazing customer Service and ability help 3 customers get to a funeral safely and together! Thank you Delta for hiring this guy! Thank you Charles for helping our Family!

Absolutely disgraceful service from the Delta gate agent on Sunday June 25. His name was Bolivar something. Absolutely monstrous. Reported him to Delta complaints but this guy needs a serious wake up call about handling customers if he’s going to work with the public, and maybe some anger management. I even saw him try to chase down a customer, he became super aggressive after being dismissive and rude. I won’t be flying Delta between PWM and NYC anymore just to avoid this guy, it’ll be Jet Blue all the way.

Worst customer service. We booked 5 months in advance in order to get the whole family together( including 2 woman over 85 that need wheelchairs). On the outgoing and return flights they seperated the group and told us sorry we changed the airplane so people got moved and we overbooked it so we can not move anyone around u are welcome to solve it among yourselves. You make us pay to choose our seats then you move us where you want anyway sounds like a scam to me.
