    There are many things I've come to appreciate about their service. I like the in flight entertainment options the most when they put touch screens on the back of the headrests. Be advised, if they tell you you can get paid for giving up your seat when they overbook, the payment is in the form of a VIRTUAL card. I've come to discover the virtual card has many limitations, including not being able to withdraw cash. I was specifically told I would be paid CASH. When they bait and switched me and told me it was a virtual card, I specifically asked if I could get cash, they said yes. The rep told me I could get cash at the foreign exchange. I walked 15 minutes away back through the TSA check to attempt to get cash only to learn this was not a functional option. I later called the virtual card's customer support to learn there was no way to get cash off the virtual card. I later spoke to a member of management (person wearing red coat) and when they called their boss, they poorly worded what I was asking to them. Told me I was compensated and there was nothing they could do. I emphasized if I had not been mislead with the claim of CASH, I would not have given up my seat. They offered nothing further but an empty apology.

    We have used Delta for travel within the United States and internationally for years. I would normally give them 4 stars. I don't know if our latest travel problem is the local Delta employees in Boston or if it is a systemic issue. We had a flight delayed, then canceled at Boston Logan Airport. We were on the runway starting our take-off when the pilot aborted. I don't blame Delta for this - better to be safe than sorry. But for the next 3 hours, we were deplaned, waited for info that never came, told the flight was canceled and tried to find out what the next steps were. It took almost 2 hours to get our luggage back and then had to wait for the "Delta App" to update because the gate agents couldn't help us. We finally get to a motel at 9pm from a flight that was supposed to leave at 3:30pm. We are booked on a 6:30 flight the next morning through LGA. After about 4 hours of sleep, we are back at the airport. They tried to make us pay for bags that we already paid for, would not seat us together, and offered $12 a piece as meal vouchers. We finally get home 20 hours later. Their app takes forever to update, doesn't allow chats (sorry, we can't connect) and you can't find your bags after the flight is canceled. The whole process was exhausting. We had arrived in terminal E from an international flight and had to go to terminal A. We were told there would be a shuttle so we would not have to go through security again. There were no gate agents, no signs, no directions, and no one to ask for help. We ended up walking to the A gares and go through security again. That is NOT a short walk! When we get to the A gates, there are signs everywhere for the shuttle to the E gates. Again, is this an airport issue or an airline issue - I do not know. All I know is, I never want to go to/through Boston again, and I am very leary about using Delta again.

    Great airline. They overcharged me for a bag but when I realised the error they paid me back within 24 hours. Good service and no hassle. I also left something on the plane and they got it for me with no trouble.

    We had a great on time flight with friendly, attentive servers. They served us a drink, snack and earplugs for the flight. They had a great selection of online entertainment.

    My original seats that the airline gave us me and my wife weren't sitting together I talked to the very helpful lady at the counter before you boarded and she was able to put me and my wife together I got a congratulate her on such an awesome job

    This review is for Delta Airlines and my phenomenal flight attendant Chris Murray (from flight DL125 on 6/4/25 from Lisboa to Boston) I always have the best experience flying Delta but this flight was a first class experience while in basic economy. The flight itself was smooth and comfortable and so were all of the attendants. Chris Murray specifically took very well care of me. I was not feeling well and was a little anxious I wouldn’t have anything to eat on such a long flight due to my dietary restrictions and gluten allergy. Chris made sure I was accommodated by finding options aboard that were safe for me to eat and fed me through the duration of the flight. He was extremely kind, pleasant and gave stellar service. It was exactly what I needed to end my perfect trip to Portugal. Thank you so much Delta and Chris Murray!

    Would be 5-stars if not for the multiple delays. Flight crew was great. Seats in economy were actually roomy enough for my long legs. In-flight entertainment was working well. Good value for the money spent of the tickets.
