I had the pleasure of being assisted by Corine, a Delta ticket agent at Dulles International Airport, and she was absolutely amazing. I was traveling alone with a lot of bags, and she made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. Corine was fast, efficient, and extremely helpful. She handled everything with ease and professionalism, and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a splendid experience. I flew Delta recently and had a great experience overall. The early morning security lines were short, and my flight departed on time. Everything was well organized and managed smoothly.

Terrible customer service. Canceled our flight less that an hour after we confirmed our reservation. And pushed us to another flight the next day. Forcing us to scramble to find accommodations, contact my work to find coverage and deal with car rental The seats they put our family in are all over the plane. We paid extra to sit together. After being on hold for 2 hrs No person we talked to could do anything or tell us why. Just complain to an email. They sent a confirmation of said email and it stated they would get back to us in up to 30 days. They said we could cancel and they would offer a refund but no mention of how much and no help from any one to offer any help.

Was discontented against to the point of not being allowed on my flight due to Tourette’s syndrome. The agent never asked, just sold my ticket to a “stand by” consumer. I’m now spending an extra day traveling (workout medicine). The DC Airport Police confirmed this live in person. Law suit will be filed!!
