I was deeply touched by the kindness of flight attendant Tyrone, during my travel from MSP to TPA (DL 2385). He was aware that I was grieving, and went above and beyond to insure that I was comfortable and received stellar service. The compassion per se merits a shout-out, let alone his general top-notch service. Thank you Ty, for reminding me that meaningful, humanistic connections can happen anywhere, including at 36,000 feet. The words of encouragement were timely and resonant. I look forward to flying Delta again very soon and feeling over the moon!

We booked our trip to Spain with Delta and had an amazing experience from start to finish! The customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. They provided cozy blankets, small pillows, and headphones for the flight. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast on board, along with complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, plus snacks throughout the trip. Our route was Tampa to JFK, then JFK to Madrid. For our return, we flew from Madrid to Atlanta and then Atlanta to Tampa. Everything went smoothly, and the comfort made the long flights so much easier — truly a great travel experience with Delta.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Delta Airlines & TSA I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with Delta Airlines and TSA. Over $2,000 worth of personal items were stolen out of my checked luggage, and neither Delta nor TSA is doing anything to help. No investigation(via the airline- police reports have been filed), no updates, no reimbursement, and not even a single phone call to follow up with me. As a frequent Delta customer, this experience is beyond unacceptable. The lack of accountability and compassion shows how little Delta values their passengers or their belongings. For an airline of this size and reputation, to simply sweep this under the rug is appalling. I trusted Delta with my property, and now I’m left with nothing but frustration and silence. The company should be ashamed of how they treat loyal customers. Until this is resolved, I’ll be sharing my experience with everyone I know — because travelers deserve to be warned. #DeltaFail #CustomerServiceNightmare #DoBetterDelta ✈️💔

As a commercial pilot and instructor, I can state emphatically that Delta Air Lines is if not the worldwide leader in aviation services, they are certainly in the top three. their pricing is competitive, and their services are second to none. Comfort and safety aboard Delta jets is a priority if not the sole priority within the firms culture. although I would like to fly for Delta, I was trained by a Delta affiliate captain. I noticed recently that when I needed to make a change for a family emergency, Delta made this easy and I could see my credits readily in my account almost immediately. This is a huge benefit for travelers and persons who occasionally must change or cancel their flights. Air France and their affiliates are not nearly as nice. Online check in and purchase systems are almost flawless and actually enjoyable to use. Seating is more comfortable and if you plan your flight at least a month ahead of time you’ll experience a much lower rate.
